Styrofoam Recycling Schedule

Pick-up Dates:

Accepted Styrofoam

• Styrofoam peanuts and Styrofoam pieces smaller than 1 square foot must be bagged   
• Tape and Labels must be removed from Styrofoam   
• Styrofoam and Styrofoam blocks used in shipping materials is accepted 

Not Accepted Styrofoam

• Plant based Styrofoam - Video on Styrofoam vs. Ecofoam   
• Styrofoam used in food packaging is not accepted

EH&S collects styrofoam from select bin locations throughout the year. Styrofoam is also collected on a quarterly basis. If you have special bulk styrofoam collection needs, please contact Recycling Office @ (831) 459-3671 and request a clear collection bag.
